Returns are gladly accepted for 30 days less shipping & handling.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and shipping costs of exchanged merchandise back to the customer.
  • Contact the Returns Department for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA).
  • Returns received without an RMA will be sent back to the customer, no exceptions.
  • Items must be in the same condition as when they were shipped. No credit will be given for damaged returns.
  • Returns must have a return authorization number clearly marked on the outside of the package or the item will be refused.  
  • Merchandise returned that appears used will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • Labor fees are not refundable, i.e., line spooling fee.

If there’s a problem with something you purchased from us, you can either bring it to our store or ship it back. If you need to return an item please contact our Returns Department by sending an RMA request using the form below. Ship returns via Ground UPS or insured US Mail (we do not accept CODs).
